OPINION
MOON, District Judge.
The Plaintiff, Mr. David Warner, filed a multiple-count complaint in this Court against the defendants, Buck Creek Nursery, Inc. (“Buck Creek”), Robert C. West, Jr., and Kimberly Dickerson, based on alleged conduct arising out of his employment with Buck Creek and the termination thereof. Mr. Warner has asserted the following causes of action in ten separate counts: (1) failure to pay proper overtime compensation in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act; (2) interference with and retaliation for the exercise of rights under an employer-provided disability…
