This is an interlocutory appeal in a private antitrust action for damages and in-junctive relief under §§ 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26, alleging violations of §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2. Defendant International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”) appeals from an order granting the motion of plaintiffs Memorex Corporation and several affiliates (“Memorex”) to strike an affirmative defense.
