This is an appeal taken under section 7 -of the act establishing the Circuit Courts of Appeals, as amended June 6, 1900, c. 803, 31 Stat. 660 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 551]. The bill was filed in the Circuit Court by Charles C. Buck, the appellee, against J. H. Massie and others, the appellants.
