Plaintiffs Teresa Elward, Dennis Kees-ler, Léasa Brittenham, Kathy and Nathaniel Beck, Tony and Lauren Fitzgerald, Bethany Williams, John McLaughlin, Stacy Cisco, and William and Cheryl Ferguson (“Plaintiffs”) have sued Defendant Electro-lux Home Products, Inc.
