OPINION OF THE COURT
Kaye, J.
In the two appeals before us, elderly victims of crime — an attempted purse-snatching, and a robbery and burglary — some days after these incidents, succumbed to heart attacks, having shown no immediate signs of heart trouble. The central issue is whether there was sufficient proof to support the fact-finders’ determinations that the *276stress of the incidents was a cause of the fatalities. Concluding that there was sufficient evidence of causal connection, we affirm the adjudication of Anthony M. for juvenile delinquency based on manslaughter, and we reverse the…
