This action was brought in the Superior Court pursuant to G. L. c. 30A, § 14, for review, under the provisions of G. L. c. 32, § 16(4), of a decision made by the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board. That decision upheld the Marlborough retirement board’s denial of the plaintiff’s application for accidental disability retirement under G. L. c. 32, § 7(1). A judge of the Superior Court affirmed the appeal board’s decision, and the plaintiff has appealed.
