This action is for the purpose of having a deed to an interest in real estate construed. The defendant, Atlantic Coast Lumber Company, claimed, through Webber & Davis, a firm composed of Charles- W. Webber and George T. Davis-, to whom P. C. Crawford, ancestor of the plaintiffs herein, on September 15, 1892, made a deed containing the following, grant: “The said party of the first part, P. C.
