This ease was originally commenced in the state court, and removed to this court by the Savannah River Lumber Company. An injunction was issued, restraining the parties from proceeding in the state court, and upon appeal the .Circuit Court of Appeals held that there was a separable controversy as to the Savannah River Lumber Company, which could be removed, and that the interests of the defendant W.
