We have before us a Statement of Cireum-stances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline submitted by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and Scott A. Danks pursuant to Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23(11)(c). Upon review, we have decided to approve the agreement.
