Defendant-Appellant Charles Oliver appeals his sentence of 210 months of imprisonment for distribution of child pornography. Oliver asserts that the district court erred when it applied a five-level enhancement under USSG § 2G2.2(b)(3)(B) (2016) for distributing child pornography in exchange for valuable consideration. Because we articulate, for the first time, the essential elements for applying the enhancement under the 2016 version of § 2G2.2(b)(3)(B), and because the district court did not fully consider these elements when applying the enhancement, we…
