OPINION
IRENAS, Senior District Judge.
Plaintiff asserts many civil rights and tort claims against a large group of defendants arising out of Plaintiffs physical confrontation with another patron at an Atlantic City casino and the events, including the criminal charges brought against Plaintiff, that followed.
