MEMORANDUM OPINION

TURK, Senior District Judge.

This bankruptcy appeal grew from the seeds of a dispute among members of the Audubon Quartet (“Quartet”), a classical string quartet and a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Pennsylvania. The members of the group at the time the dispute arose, David Ehrlich (“Ehrlich”), Clyde T. Shaw (“Shaw”), Doris Lederer (“Lederer”), and Akemi Takayama Wiencko (“Wiencko”), were all officers and directors of the corporation.
