This is a motion by the Journal Register Company (“JRC”) and its affiliated reorganized debtors (collectively, the “appellees” or the “Reorganized Debtors”) to dismiss the appeal of Richard Freeman (the “appellant”), who is appearing pro se. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., the administrative agent to the prepetition secured lenders, has joined the appellees’ motion to dismiss.
