Limited appeal from an order issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Bernstein, /.), authorizing Appellee Alex Spizz, the Chapter 7 Trustee of Am-pal-American Israel Corporation, to retain the law firm of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP as his general counsel, and denying Appellants’ cross-motion to disqualify the Trustee.
