GUTHRIE, Chief Justice.

Lewis Wilson Thomas, appellant herein, was convicted in the District Court of Na-trona County on three counts of manslaughter arising from an automobile accident which occurred on July 13, 1974, resulting in the deaths of Lloyd Earl Eldridge III, Pamela Raye Byers, and Laurie Kay Freel. This accident happened about two and one-half miles south of Casper on the Casper Mountain highway.
