This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of St. Clair county, granting a new trial in an action brought by the ten petitioners, Frank Brenton, W. M. Tyler, Mrs. Ben Myers, Clarence Stephens, Mrs. E. Davis, F. L. Warren, Logan Durnil, C. S. Gains and L.
