Kim Tesky appeals a judgment dismissing his action against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and its insured, American Structural Systems, Inc., for personal injuries he received in a motor vehicle accident. The court found that American was not the owner of the vehicle. Tesky contends that the court erred in denying his request for a jury trial on the ownership question and that the court’s finding of ownership is contrary to the evidence.
