On May 26, 2015, the Court denied Defendant Ricardo Posada’s (“Defendant” or “Posada”) “Motion for Relief from Mandatory Detention Pending Self-Surrender Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1345(c) [sic]” (“Motion”) (ECF No. 475), filed on May 21, 2015.
