Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) (no genuine issue of material fact) in favor of defendant in this gender discrimination case. We affirm.
Defendant hired plaintiff as a part-time data entry clerk in 1988. Following his annual reviews in 1989 and 1990, plaintiff was rated as competent or highly competent and provided salary increases. In June of 1990, plaintiff was promoted to information control clerk. Further reviews of plaintiffs job performance in 1990, 1991, and 1992 resulted in additional pay increases.
