In this action alleging racial discrimination in employment, plaintiff Diane Harrison appeals as of right an order granting summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10) to defendants Olde Financial Corporation, Olde Discount Corporation, and Deanna Hatmaker. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiff is an African-American. In 1994, defendant retained plaintiff through an agency to work as a temporary legal secretary.
