— Affirming.

Clarence O. Meacham, an employee of the Fulton Ice Company, received an injury in an accident which arose out of and in the course of his employment. He fell from the top of a railroad refrigerator car which he was icing, and fractured his skull and injured his left arm to such an extent that it is practically useless. The comp any. paid him compensation at the rate of $9.75 a week from June 27, 1935, to November 30, 1935. After the payments ceased, he filed his claim with the Compensation Board, which awarded him compensation at the rate of $7.31…
