Affirming.

Lawrence A. Sanders was employed by tbe Columbus Mining Company as a coal loader at tbe time be suffered an injury to bis stomach in October, 1937. Tbe final determination of Sanders’ case by tbe Workmen’s Compensation Board in December, 1939, was that be was totally and permanently disabled to perform manual labor. He was awarded maximum compensation on tbe basis of 85 per cent of bis disability (tbe remaining 15 per cent being tbe result of pre-existing disease), subject to tbe following proviso:
