OPINION OF THE COURT
White, J.
On June 1, 1996, petitioner was promoted to the position of assistant business manager at radio station WGNA which broadcast in the Capital District area. About three weeks later, she informed the station’s general manager, respondent Robert Ausfeld, that she was pregnant. Petitioner alleges that Ausfeld on repeated occasions made derogatory comments to her regarding her pregnancy.
