MAHONEY, Circuit Judge:
Defendant-appellant Hassan Kassar appeals from a judgment entered February 14, 1994 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Reena Raggi, Judge, that convicted Kassar, following his guilty plea, of the use of unauthorized access devices in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029, and sentenced him to a prison term of sixteen months, three years of supervised release, $34,600 in restitution, a $2,000 fine, and the mandatory special assessment.
