INTRODUCTION
The instant controversy arises out of a contract under which Plaintiff H/R Stone, Inc. (“H/R Stone”), a New York corporation, purchased computer hardware and software from Defendant Phoenix Business Systems, Inc. (“Phoenix”), a New Jersey corporation. Plaintiff also has named as defendants The Ultimate Corp.
