Judy Henderson (“Movant”) appeals from a judgment dismissing her Rule 27.261 motion following an evidentiary hearing. Movant’s primary claim is that she was denied effective assistance of counsel in the trial court because her attorney, in representing a co-defendant, had a conflict of interest which affected his performance in communicating to and advising her about a plea bargain agreement which had been offered by the state.
