MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Plaintiff Alan Fleming is an attorney who previously practiced in Kansas City, Missouri. Debtor/defendant Michael Sagan is an attorney who has and continues to practice in Kansas City, Missouri. This action arises out of an agreement between the parties to split a contingent fee. Upon collection of the fee, Mr. Sagan failed to remit to Mr. Fleming his portion of the fee. This action is brought pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (4), and (6). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I) over which the Court has jurisdiction…
