This matter arises from a claim by Plaintiffs Resource Bankshares Corporation and Resource Bank (collectively “Resource”) that Defendant St. Paul Mercury Life Insurance Company (“St. Paul”) wrongfully denied Resource’s request for defense and indemnification pursuant to its commercial general liability (CGL) insurance policy.
