ORDER
FENNER, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c) (“Rule 56(c)”) by Plaintiff, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (the “EEOC”). (Doc. # 61). The EEOC moves the Court for summary judgment on the issue of whether it made a good faith effort to conciliate Plaintiff-Intervenor Rodney Graves’ (“Graves”) charge of employment discrimination as required under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq (“Title VII”).
