FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

FRANK W. WILSON, District Judge.

These are actions and cross-actions for personal injuries and property damage arising out of a motor vehicle accident. In Civil Action No. 5347 Randolph Provost seeks to recover for the alleged wrongful death of his wife Edith Andree Provost. By cross-action in the same case, Janie W. Smith, James O. Smith, and Jennifer Smith seek to recover from Randolph Provost for personal injuries and property damage alleged to have been sustained in the accident.
