This is a suit to contest an election held in a school district situated partly in Bexar county and partly in Guadalupe county, the election having taken place for the purpose of determining whether a tax of 50 cents on the $100 should be levied on the property of the district for the benefit of the public free schools therein. The suit was instituted by appellants, consisting of 43 contesting citizens of the district against appellee as county attorney of Guadalupe county.
