The five defendants were indicted and tried for murder. One of them, George R. Sinigal, was found not guilty. Josephine Sinigal was convicted of *471manslaughter. Alexandrine Sinigal was found guilty without capital punishment. And Adam and Michel Sinigal were found guilty as charged. The four convicted defendants have appealed. They rely upon 23 ’ bills of exceptions found in the record, for a reversal of the verdicts and sentences.
