SIMON, Justice.

The defendant, Arthur Dabbs, appeals, from his conviction and sentence for the violation of LSA-R.S. 14:67, having been charged in a bill of information with the theft of three' automobiles of a total value *963of $5275.00, property of the Jeffrey Motor Company, a commercial partnership authorized to do business in the city of Linden, Alabama.
