The only question presented by this appeal is whether or not a release and settlement of an automobile fire insurance policy executed by appellant in tbe office of and witnessed by a Deputy State Fire Marshal was executed under such duress as to render it void.
Tbe complainant, Obie Exum, is a negro man aged 37 wbo lived in Tipton County, Tennessee. He finished tbe eighth grade in school and can read and write and seems to have average intelligence.
