JiCIACCIO, Judge.

On the application of the State of Louisiana, we grant certiorari to consider whether the trial judge erred in granting defendants’ motion to suppress evidence.

The defendants, Michael Ennis, Woodrow Watts, Jimmie Watts, and Trenton Gary, are each charged with one count of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and with one count of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
