Findings of Fact.

JENKINS, J.

The Western Land Corporation was incorporated in 1907, with an authorized capital of $100,000, which was later increased to $500,000. In January, 1911, $377,000 of its capital stock had been paid up. The South Texas Mortgage Company was incorporated January, 1911, with an authorized capital of $300,000, of which $265,-Q00 was paid up. Some, though not all, of the incorporators of the South Texas Mortgage Company had been associated with the Western Land Corporation.
