INTRODUCTION
Donald R. Dudley (“Dudley” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action against Health-Source Chiropractic, Inc. (“HealthSource Inc.”) and Stephen T. Divito (“Divito”) (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging trademark infringement, cybersquatting, false designation of origin and unfair competition, seeking monetary damages and a permanent injunction.
