The defendant, Alan R. Vogeler, Jr., appeals from the judgment, rendered after a trial to the court, granting a permanent injunction ordering the defendant to remove all encroachments, erections and structures that the defendant placed on the property of the plaintiffs, Alan Raph and Mary Ann Raph, to restore the real property to its original condition, and to refrain from entering the real property for any purpose.
