DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, retired employees of Puerto Rico Marine Management Inc., filed the present action after their retirement benefits were reduced to correct a miscalculation in the computation of their benefits. Plaintiffs filed this action against Puerto Rico Marine Management Inc. (“PRIMI”), Buck Consultants, Inc.
