Pending before the Court are two motions to dismiss (Dockets ## 50, 76) and a motion for summary judgment (Dockets ## 81, 86-87) filed by Defendants. Plaintiff 1 has opposed the motions to dismiss (see Docket # 60 for opposition to Docket # 50 and Docket # 103 for opposition to Docket # 76).
