This was an action by plaintiff (plaintiff in error here), O. A. Steiner, against defendant (defendant in error here), Seth Hughes, to recover as damages the amount of $480, to be credited with $150 down payment, with 6 per cent, interest from April 13, 1932, for alleged breach of contract by the defendant to purchase 30 shares of 6 per cent, prior lien stock of the Public Service Company of Oklahoma, at $50 per share.
