FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW REGARDING 17 JUNE 1991 DISGORGEMENT HEARING
GADOLA, District Judge.
On September 4, 1990, this court entered an order and judgment 1 in the above-refer enced proceeding. That order held that disgorgement was appropriate and ordered an evidentiary hearing be held to determine the appropriate amount. The evidentiary hearing was held on June 17, 1991.
