T1 Plaintiff/Appellant Glenn W. Schoen-hals (Plaintiff) seeks review of the trial court's order granting the motion for summary judgment of Defendants/Appellees PSR Investors, Inc., f/k/a Fungoman, Inc., Precision Sports Robotics, LL.C., and Fun-goman, L.L.C. (Defendants), on Plaintiffs claim for breach of a settlement agreement.
