{1 Petitioner (plaintiff) sued Respondent (defendant) for wrongful death of plaintiff's decedent under several theories of recovery. 1 Plaintiff alleged injuries and damages sustained as a result of the wrongful death of Tlar Hicks that were caused as a result of the acts, conduct and/or omissions of the defendant.
