11 Kenneth Hollingshead appeals decisions of the trial court finding that he did not have- an easement over property owned by the defendants and awarding attorney fees and costs to John Elias, Jr., Daveau, Inc., and Reserve Management, Inc. (Defendants). *938We conclude that Hollingshead's appeal of the decision regarding the easement is untimely and must be dismissed. Concluding that Hollingshead has failed to show trial court error on the question of Defendants' entitlement to attorney fees and costs, we affirm this part of the trial court's decision,.…
