In these consolidated actions 1 plaintiffs, owners of copyrights to musical compositions and Broadcast Music, Inc. (“BMI”), a New York corporation which licenses the public performance rights to copyrighted musical compositions contained in its repertory, 2 have brought suit against Moor-Law, Inc. (“Moor-Law”), a Delaware corporation doing business in Delaware as the Triple Nickel Saloon (“Triple Nickel”), and Robert C. Moor, Jr. (“Moor”), its sole owner and president.
