Tbe appellant claims that a verdict should have been directed in its favor upon the undisputed evidence. This claim is based upon the fact that the two tracks at their widest distance apart are but eleven feet and three inches from center to center, and that it appears from measurements of similar cars made by one of the witnesses that, even if the gondola car stood at the widest point, there would not have been room for a person riding where the' plaintiff was riding to pass without injury.
