STATON, Judge.
The Teitges appeal from judgments on the evidence entered in favor of the defendants, Remy Construction Company (Remy) and Everett I. Brown Company (Brown) 1 They raise three issues for our review, two of which are dispositive. Those issues are:
1. Whether Remy's contract with the project owner imposed upon Remy, one of several prime contractors, a duty to protect the safety of all employees on the construction site, including Douglas Teitge (Teitge), an employee of another prime contractor.
