MEMORANDUM

GILES, District Judge.

This memorandum determines attorneys’ fees in an employment discrimination case following remand from the United States Supreme Court, — U.S. -, 107 S.Ct. 3255, 97 L.Ed.2d 754, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, 825 F.2d 768. A brief account of the facts follows. A more complete discussion of the underlying case is reported at Black Grievance Committee v. Philadelphia Electric Co., 615 F.Supp. 1069 (E.D.Pa. 1985), and 802 F.2d 648 (3d Cir.1986).
