Reid, Chief Justice.

A judgment for temporary alimony of $4 per month, and $10 attorney’s fees, to be paid in $5 installments, was rendered against the plaintiff in error. He failed to pay the first installment of alimony and attorney’s fees, and was cited to show cause why he should not be adjudged in contempt. In defense to the rule he pleaded his inability to pay. After hearing evidence the judge found against him, and we are asked to review and reverse this judgment.
